  • 10 Ways to Boost your Mental Health

    • Delegates will learn about 10 evidence-based ways to boost and maintain their mental wellbeing. They will experience 2 of these to take away.

    • These skills include, meditation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, journaling, visualisation, practising gratitude, self-check and ways to challenge distorted thinking, improve sleep and improve physical health.

  • Should I Walk A Mile in Your Shoes? Compassion Versus Empathy

    • Understanding how regularly attempting to experience another person’s pain and distress results in projecting ourselves into imagined scenarios. This creates a stress response within us and puts our wellbeing at stake.

    • Delegates will learn practical ways to foster compassion and tools to stop them from taking their work home with them.

  • How to Deal with Complaints

    • Complaints are a leading cause of distress and are often avoidable. With good self-awareness and tried and tested language skills, we teach ways to avoid our interactions leading to complaints and how to manage them if they do arise.

  • How to Manage Conflict

    • We all have our own unique model of the world based on our conditioning. Understanding that each of us sees every experience through his/her own personal lens gives us the power to account for our own responses. Here we also teach specific language tools intended for use in all situations of conflict

  • How to Say No

    • Habitually saying “yes” to all requests comes from a core belief that we must agree to everything to be valued. Here we challenge this concept and provide the specific tools for saying “no.”

  • Rescue Yourself from Overthinking

    • Overthinking is a habit which we cultivate to feel safe. To break this habit, here we provide the tools of mindfulness, a thought diary, reframing core-beliefs and thoughts and challenging distorted thinking.

  • What does Self Care really Mean?

    • The term ‘self-care’ is overused. Here we discuss what it really means to care for Self in terms of setting boundaries, self-checking, creating balance and self-care assessments.

  • Mindfulness in the Workplace

    • This workshop explores the definition of mindfulness and how this practise can be applied in the workplace. Delegates will learn language techniques to aid mindful communication and a meditative tool to achieve mindfulness.

  • The Power of Words

    • Here we explore the concept of giving and receiving contaminated messages, teach neurolinguistic programming techniques and share specific language tools for use in every situation.

  • Restore your Resilience

    • This workshop defines resilience and presents a four pillar model of psychological, emotional and physical resilience, and the resilience within our relationships. Delegates will learn how to measure their own current resilience using the Resilient Practice Resilience Gap Analysis Questionnaire and tools and techniques to build on each pillar.

  • The Language of Leadership

    • Here we teach the key aspects of self-awareness exploring conditioning, life experiences, aspects of the psyche and how these impact on their responses in all situations. Delegates will master the core skills  to observe their current behaviour which is essential to responding in a conscious way and communication tools and techniques that are essential to good leadership.

  • The Power of Self-Awareness

    • This is a look at the key aspects of self-awareness exploring conditioning, life experiences, aspects of the psyche and how these impact on our responses in all situations. Delegates will master the core skills to observe their current behaviour which is essential to responding in a conscious way, creating a positive mindset and fostering wellbeing and resilience.

    • Here we explore the concept of archetypes, their place within our psyche and how they influence our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

  • Practising Beginners Mind

    • Shoshin, the Buddhist concept of ‘Beginners Mind’ has a great deal to offer us in terms of clinical practice. Here we explore the concept and show how it can be applied throughout to avoid repeating old patterns in recurring situations.

  • Meditation and Mindfulness for Life

    • These are core skills in maintaining our mental wellbeing. Here we differentiate between them, explain their individual benefits, and allow delegates to experience them as skills to take away.

  • The Locus of Power in Relationships

    • This workshop explores the dynamics in our relationships and shows delegates how to recognise where the locus of power lies and how to use this information to create positive sustainable connections that benefit all parties.

  • The Power of Breath

    • Breathing is something that we do automatically but there are great benefits to making the process conscious. Here we teach a variety of different breathing techniques and outline the physiological and psychological benefits of each.

  • Honour your Shadow

    • Shadow work is uncomfortable work but offers profound personal growth. Here we show the reader how to discover and honour their Shadow and become impervious to the irritation caused by the behaviour of others.

  • Practical Visualisation Tools

    • Here we teach the invaluable skill of visualisation for success and self-mastery. Visualisation exercises can be used to help us sleep, to anchor positive emotions, to motivate and in visualising our goals we help manifest them.
