The Art of Self-awareness

If somebody bothers you be aware that this is your own stuff. By this we mean that if you blame others or the situation you are giving away your power. By not accepting responsibility for the situation you are saying you are powerless to do anything. Being powerless is a nice excuse to do nothing, but it will not move you forwards in any way.

The only thing that is important in any situation is what is going on for you. You need to examine why what is happening is poking you and what you can do about that from within – so that it no longer bothers you.

Resilience is not removing your triggers it is learning to not be triggered by them.
